smoke with your plants?

ive herd its bad to smoke tobacco near your plants. but i was wondering if its bad if u smoke trees near it?? or is this just a high question:blsmoke::blsmoke:

Tobacco is bad because of the Nicotene, it poisons your plants. Trees dont have nicotene, perfectly fine to smoke with your plants.

i asked this once and someone told me it makes them close the stomatas which is how they breathe??

Stomatas open and close at different times depending on the plant's needs and outside conditions. In a very humid environment the stomatas will be wide open to transpire as excess moisture so the plant can continue to feed. In a very dry environment the stomata will close to conserve water. This is only one function of the stomata.
I'm not sure the effect of smoke on the stomata but smoke contains a lot of toxins that are not good for plants.

i was also thinking if electro magnetic waves could effect a plant in any way. like a magnet in a subwoofer.

lol, you guys kill me!!:mrgreen: I was wondering similar, but TV - if showing Jerry Springer to my plants would make them more agro :evil::evil:and want to be bigger than the next guy, err plant??:spew::confused:
