Hey guys :hump:

I'm new around here and new to smoking sativa (jack herra) i see it's more sativa which i don't seem to like as much.

What r your thoughts ? :peace::leaf:

i know, i here people love, but it's just not for me.

I hear people smoke through the day, less lazy feeling i'm presuming.

What? It's all cannabis sativa , then there's 3 main sub classes- sativa, indica, ruderalis. Ruderalis is generally hemp. We deal with mostly indica/sativa hybrid crosses, very few true sativas or indicas. Who wrote that book?

Robert C. Clarke the guy who wrote Marijuana Botany now has an updated book where he destroys the whole Indica Sativa nonsense. Sativa is hemp what stoners call Sativa is actually narrow leaf drug cannabis.

This one? I want to read this. Does he cite sources for genetic research?

I used to not like pure Sativa before I grew it myself but now I finish it with true 30% amber trichomes. Even still some sativas I don't like and those are almost universally Sativas which have a large amount of clear trichomes remaining when the smoke has finished. For those Sativas I can still enjoy them but I have to allow them to become over ripe. Or I can also mix them 50/50 with a heavy indica, i.e. literally mix half sativa half indica blended into a joint.

To those who don't like Sativa go for a great Hybrid like OG Kush. I am decommissioning my OG Kush variant though personally I found a replacement called Triangle Kush a.k.a. Florida OG. When I first started smoking these strains it gave me such an uplifting, creative, upwardly mobile high that I was convinced they are Sativa dominant. I guess they are slightly Indica dominant plants though. But if you like that dank green earth tasting og goodness so far the best I have found personally is Florida OG and SFV OG Kush.
