how you guys cure in bulk...like 10-20 lbs?
are plastic bins ok?

I know people who use"turkey bags"or Big black plastic garbage bags & yea I'm sure plastic bins are fine, as long as you can get them air tight.

Big plastic bins work OK. 5gal buckets work well and can be had with air-tight lids at DIY stores.

Large pickle jars, food grade 55 gallon plastic drums are best

Y0u can order huge airtight jars from 420science.com, the dispenseries use them and there reuseable, just a suggestion of i like the huge pickle jar idea just make sure to burp them properly and check for mold DAILY
