So I got a lot of white hairs and no buds ? HELP HELP

i have a lot of white hairs but no buds yet i think it has been on flowering for like almost 7 weeks to 8 , i dont know strain it is under 5 100 watt cfl's that screw into the socket bec i have seen some that clip in i think thats y i said screw in , and on the top i have a 100 watt regular light bulb , i will post a pick and let me know anythingi will try to get better pics but my camera sucks

What type of CFLs?
what type of soil?
What nutes are you using?

Do you have any light leaks? What are your temps like? and are those ACTUALLY 100w CFLs.... or are they 100w incandescent equivalent... which means they're really only 23w?

If by "100w regular light bulb" you mean a 100w incandescent, you need to get that out of there immediately. It's probably causing very high temps and the light spectrum is no good for plants.

BTW, I'm pretty sure the "clip in" style you're talking about are called PL-Ls

looks like it was healthy then it got too big and wasnt getting enough light lower sub-canopy . could be that the water pH is way off or if you left it sitting in stagnant water. rootrot maybe, seems to be dying

the light on the left is what i am using on both sides of the top and i have 3 of the ones on the right around the plant,but i am now gonna put another one from the left on top also replacing the normal lightbulb, i am using dirt from a garden ii use to have in the back yard, and i am using kgro superbloom , and the bottom i trimmed up so that it would focus on the top colas , this is my first grow ever so any info would help

Those leaves look pretty droopy...how often do you water? If it has indeed been flowering for that long and that is all you've got I would toss it out...If it has been growing for a few weeks and then flowered for only a few weeks then that is alright too...but if you have had the lights on 12/12 for 8 weeks and that is all you have then as I said, just toss it out and start fresh

Longer growing strains take dome time to form buds. I've had sativa's take 4 weeks before a bud cluster showed. Just give it time. Your looking at 60-180 days to harvest. Don't rush it.

leaves look VERY droopy.

Your using 13watt and 23watt cfl's. What you should look for is a cfl that uses 100 watts. and burns at 200-300watts.
What are your temps in the room. if the light is very close to the plant they will start to droop, how often do you water it? Over watering can do that also. Other then that your looking ok.
Also looking at your lamps you posted the lumes are not much. with that your going to get very "airy" bud. not very tight so to say. If you move up to a true 100 watt clf you get 5,000 lumes. they sell them at home depot for about 30 bucks a lamp.

Lol! KT420 was spot-on! U are only using 23W CFL's Doc - this aint too bad at all as 5 of them together can grow & flower that 1 plant, but i'd say u wanna get them as close to the plant as possible (maybe cluster 3 directly over the top & keep 1 either side midway up), a CFL can comfortably be 1 or 2 inches from leaves.

I'd also agree with KT420 about u must be getting light leaking onto the plant at night & quite possibly temps are an issue too. (maybe that its getting too hot in the day & then dropping alot much lower in the night) And the only other thing i thought from ur pic is that it looks like it needs some fresh air - is it getting any ventilation coming in at all or any sort of fan on it?

But yeah, for 7 weeks of flowering (tho is that 7 weeks from switching to 12/12 or from when u 1st saw white pistils/hairs coming??) it should be budding alot more obviously than that by now, whatever strain it is.CFL's can take abit longer to finish plants but generally only a week or so more compared to HPS, etc.

hey thanks alot guys i really do appreciate all the info , uhm i have it in the closet so when i am home i open the door and let my fan blow some air in there, but not directly on it , uhm so the cfl's i have,i need to get bigger ones? , but will the ones i have now, be ok to finish this one, and my next one i will get the bigger ones, JLOI the airy buds will it lose potency, and i am under the impression that hps lights are the ones that make real dense buds, i dont know the strain it was from a bag and i dont know, any suggestions on what to use as far nutes for my plant during flowering
