I'm guessing any business that will advertise anything recreational cannabis. So if you're a vape shots and promote weed vaporizers fork over $10K per year.

Why would a say 800sqf foot store front have to pay double for their business license than say Canadian Tire a national franchise is is 20,000 sqf each store and makes tens of millions per year.

They also included pawnshops, escort services and some other ones. $146 per year to $10K is insane and unethical they don't have to balls to tell the shops they don't want them so they'll price them out.

The entire government California is broken. You would be stupid to put money into anything in that state right now. After losing the salt deductions they're heading for bankruptcy. Taxes and fees will do nothing but go up as the government tries to supplement its lost revenue.
