So many issues, help me!

Alright, I had forgot to water them a while ago, but they bounced back up. But there going down again. My biggest one is about 16 or 17 inches tall, then the other one is fatter, and about 14. My little one is fine, healthy green. My biggest one is drooping severely, I think past saving.. The other one is drooping a little, but still not good. Them two I know are females, should I remove the biggest one? It may be an issue of space maybe? Its about 1'x1'x5 the grow space. I fed them some nutrient rich water, that's how they bounced back up. But it doesn't seem to do it anymore. I shouldn't say nutrient rich, as it wasn't much at all, but I never really gave them nutrients. Please, help me.

I think it may be lack of lighting, seeing as though the small one is fine. I threw in a 60W incandescent for good measures. I had a 40W three-variable CFL in it before. I'm thinking to maybe set up 2 more CFL's, could that help? It's a CFL grow, it would make sense that the biggest one has the least amount of life in it still, correct? Input would be nice.
