so sick of 1 million diff ways to do one thing

ok cfls arent bad but i have to bagseed wonders about 20-22 inch on 24 hr cycle and growing atleast an inch a day should i cut it down to 12/12 or lettem go? and also i was clipping fan leaves early on to make bushy but only made for 15 new branches and getting no lite beacause of huge palm size fan leaves just leave it alone?

tie the fan leaves out the way instead of cutting them, you don't wanna stress the babes out.
how long have they been in 24hr for?
you could cut the lighting down to like 20/4 or 16/8, i wouldn't 12/12 them til it's flower time...at least 4 weeks in veg from my experience but the longer you veg the bigger she'll be and the bigger she is the more buds you'll get, and the more bud you get the higher/richer you get...

if they are 22 inches they are mature enough to flower. keep in mind a plant will double its size or more once flipped

oh man, million ways to do something, but plant facts are a constant. Fan leaves feed your plant, don't cut them off! use the topping method next time if your growth is so quick. LST is also your friend. This should give you the bushy effect you need. Hope this helps, +rep if it did!

as for deciding on wheter to flip it to 12/12 or not.. if height is not an issue, i like them to reach sexual maturity before i flower them.. you can tell if they are mature or not by a couple of things.. one way is if you see any preflowers or not.. preflowers are a sign of sexual maturity.. same with uneven iternodes.. once a plant starts putting out uneven branches, this is a sign that it is getting close to maturity, and can be put into flower...
