Honestly I think you are way over reacting personally. If he wants to play with males who cares. Unless his exhaust is blowing directly at your intake I wouldn’t be worried about it. The likely hood of pollen making it all the way from another house into your garden and pollinating your plants should be pretty slim. Lots of people try to pollinate their plants and fail because the timing and conditions need to be right.
