flowering in october? I've been manipulating photoperiod with some cfls for like 8 weeks. And I just shut off the timers for the lights. and we're getting like 11 and some hours of light.. and 12 and some of darkness. would they begin to flower?

I'm here in LA..

yup they will flower fast
bad or good thing? also.. what kind of light will keep them in veg. I live in a residential area.. and my neighbors have motion sensor lights but the lights aren't directly on the girls if they go off. and also I have back porch lights that are like 50 feet away from the plants if those are on will it keep it in veg?

As long as lights are not directly on them, you should be OK...anything more than 14 hr will keep them in veg. with direct light.
