A Scarsdale, NY ( which means she was rich) mother of 2 girls was arrested for growing 2800 plants in a warehouse she owned in Queens, NY. The reason she was arrested because of excessive energy use. The FDA estimated that crop was worth $3,000,000. She said her husband divorced her, and she had no other source of income. What do you think, 1st offence, upstanding mother of 2 girls, no priors, an almost legal drug, no years and probation? Or will they make an example?

You have to figure at least 10 years because of the size and scope of the operation.......

I think an example made.

For this is exactly what they {you know them, those guys ;)} want to show the public eye, that someone is using this plant for nothing but pure profit, spinning this into how most cannabis growers are using it for a hidden income.
I see a greedy person bent on living a life style afforded to only a select few, who used an illegal product to further her lust for wealth...a situation which could have been avoided if certain laws were to be changed.
