sodium or cfl to flower

it's a scog of lsd,3'x4' 1st week in 12/12,do i 500w cfl 2700k or 400w sodium?

Dude-- HPS has such a high output and spectrum compared to CFL's-- if already using it-- leave it alone!
NEVER go to less light from veg to flower!!!

With a 3ftx4ft area I would choose the 400w sodium hps along with some of the cfls to get to the edges of your screen.

3x4 is pushing 400w.

At max 400w should cover a 3x3 screen.

As the others lads said HPS is by far your best option. If you space will allow a few CFL's in there wouldn't be a bad thing to help parts of the plant not getting as much light. Also by adding more of a spectrum you will get a more out of your MJ.
