hey guys so I just switched from scroging in 7" square pots ebb and flow with coco to sog using 3" net pots. I have 20 net pots per system and I use the concrete mixing tub for my flood tray with a plywood top with holes cut for net pots.. when I flood the table I can only flood to the very bottom of the net pots which is about 2" below the top of my tray.. when I place all my rooted clones in i made sure they had plenty of root growth so that they sit on the bottom of the tray.. my question is will the long feeder roots on bottom of tray be enough to support growth because the very top roots in the net pots dried up because I cant flood high enough to flood net pots.. they have been in flowering for a week now and they still seem to show small signs of growth im kind of gambleing because I haven't came across this issue yet and hoping that the long roots on the bottom will be enuf to support them... any advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks (hope this all makes sense lol)

Your plants will, of course take a hit from having to make longer roots, but theyll adapt, roots will green and brown and become stem, but they should pull through. Just as a fix for now, could you tee in a drip line to you system and water from above as you flood? Or could you hand water, alot? Lol. Just brainstorming.
