SoG grow room question

Lets say for example I have 10x10 space to use, how much of the grow room is used for vegging and how much is used for budding? Example : Veg/Bud 30%/70%? 50/50?

Too be honest the method is not clear to me so if my question makes no sense i apologize.

hmm I have a 10 by 10 flower and a 4 by 12 veg....sooo I would say 4 foot for veg and the rest flower

I have a 4x4 flower chamber i built for 50 bucks, a 4x8 or so veg area with 8 bulb t5 and 250w parabolic MH.
