SOG spacing

So sorry for wasting everyone's time but have a question for all you experienced growers out there. So I am running a 4 ft. by 8ft grow tent with 2 1000 watt sodium high pressures inside temp is not a problems so please dont break balls my question is how many plants can i fit in a sog running my mommies now and ready to clone but you know waste is a thief. looking to just veg for a week and then flower for 8 to ten weeks but dont want to overcrowd. thanks for the help.

i think ive always heard 1 pr sq foot for sog not 100% sure.....thats what im looking at doing for my tent for 8x4 thats like 32 odd plants

4 or more plants per sq foot

would that mean for a sog grow u would have between 48-64 in a 4x4 tray?

any idea of yield?

gggwild i got 21 in about a 2 1/2 ft area and ive seen onetwothreebuds do 32 gdp in a 3x3 i think it was under a single 1k and got an avg of 10g per plant
