Soil bound seeds???

Got some seeds they are a cross of white widow and big bud. fem seeds. They all sprouted within 24 hours. Put them into peat pellets and into a hot house. The shells are to the surface and definitely split open but are not above the surface??? Some are even sitting on the soil and look like little green balls? WTF!!!! Its been a little over 2 weeks.

TRy to show some pics,. but it sounds like there just begining to sprout. seeds take some time.
