what kind of soil are you using? I've never seen that but it looks like some kind of mold.

Looks much like a myco web to me, absolutely nothing to worry about. Does anyone know if Happy Frog comes with mycorrhizae in it?

Mold. All should cultivate the soil every week at least. Break it up to a depth of 6" or so. Don't sweat the root - they are anxiously awaiting the oxygen you will be sending them. Plant looks good for age but pour the light to it and get a lot of air moving to keep growth occurring. Go big to grow big. Big on lights, containers and air.

A human eye can't see hyphae. And it's not mychorr* either unless you have pockets of mycho* spores expanded in your mix. It's mycelia. Either way tou have a really good mix.

not to split hairs or anything, but individual hyphae are microscopic, however, mycelia are hyphal bundles.

that would make us both right. :)

I use happy frog and five weeks into flower I do not have this issue, I have a great fan system that moves the air 24/7
