soil help please

iv been using RO soil and its been working out pretty well
i was wondering of maybe trying mixing some soils together
like RO and light warrior
or promix and light warrior

any ideas?

You should just mix your own soil from scratch and start recycling it. Doesn't it feel a little silly every time you dump out a bunch of "used" soil? You'd might be surprised how simple the ingredients are in those mixes and can be replicated, if not greatly improved, for less cost. Reamending between cycles is a simple process, and some even go with a no-till method. Check out the Organics section sticky's for more info.

I currently MiX 2 bags of Roots Greenlight with 1 bag of Light warrior and approx 1 Bale of used pro-mix BX. So far No problems but it is pretty fast draining, the roots organic greenlite has about double the normal perlite of regular Roots organic. I Love it but like I said pretty fast draining but the more drinking and draining, the more I get to feed right? I clean out as many old roots as possible from the used soil then mix, and them a let them "cook" for about a month before I use.

Yes RO soil is roots organic..... and isnt the greenlight one high in nitro for veg?? have you seen any effects during flower or is it all gone by then

Iv only used RO orig which i liked and the 707 form which i hate when you water it just floats on the soil

LOL Floating water ??? Yeah I hear you tho, I mist my topsoil before I water which I believe helps with even disbursement of the water, plus I'm in root pouch's or fabric pots so that also contributes to my quick drying soil.
