im just wondering, people who have used ffof before what you mixed with it for optimal growth and plant health? This will be my first big time grow, im doing it indoors, i have been reseaching alot, for about 5 or 6 months now. I just cant seem to find pin point answers to my questions. I have read though that the Fox Farm Ocean Forest is some good stuff, i just noticed there alot of things being mixed with it. Just not sure of what all of it was. or if it was necicery.

so im just asking what is it, about how much of it should be added if anything, and when?:-?

do not mix anything with FF OF...rite out bag and into the pot... I like it. and all so use the FF line up of nutes

Peralite is a little white rock that assists with water drainage.... only issue is it floats to the top of your pot when flooded.... try hummus... the local house blend i buy in Seattle uses it instead, they say its much better.... just my two cents

FF OF has perlite in it. Drains perfect. Just be easy with the nutes for the first few week's so you do not burn the plants.

I always add dolomite lime to any soil including ffof. It buffers your soil to a neutral ph and provides calcium and magnesium and I have no idea what else, to be honest lol

Ya it keeps the ph stable so, the plants stay nice and comfortable and can uptake nutes easier. I use 2 tablespoons per gallon of soil
