Soil is getting lower and I can see the top of the roots of my plant

Hello. I recently flushed my plant once because It got nutrient burnt and now i notice that the soil is getting lower and I can see little of the top of the root system of my plant. Please help me I don't know what to do ... Should I add ground soil to the top of the soil of the plant or I shouldn't do anything ?

just top it up with your soil,

ive seen people leave some of the root zone above the soil when transplanting tho i bet its ok either way
