soil recipe

so i wanna start making my own reg soil and also a super soil.... does anyone have a good recipe? i want a base soil with nothing in it ... no nutes so i know the nutes i do feed will all it will get.... and i also want a super soil to maybe add as a top layer.... but mostly i just wanna be able to control and know what the children get....

peat , perlite , handful of worm castings per gallon , lime
the worm castings are so it can be used as a water only seed starter / vegling soil lite enough it wont burn them but just enough that you wont have to feed for a couple weeks

I like subcool's super soil myself

Simple Soil:
I use FFOF mixed with Bcuzz.
1:1 for seedlings/clones
2:1 for veg
3:1 for flower
works super good, and I only need to add water to my plants.
