Patience young grasshopper. Its only been a 1/2 hour since your first post.

MG soil is OK. A lot of people here HATE it.

Add in some dolomite lime, 2 tablespoons per gal and some perlite to keep it nice and airy.

And **DO NOT** fertilize for at least 2 months!

I use scotts potting soil, your not supposed to use anything with nutes, but I do, it works just fine, and its cheap and at home depot.

get some hyponex soil and add 30 to 40 percent perlite for a decent mix with no nutes, add 1 tablespoon of dolomite lime per gallon of mix.

I have used MG soil in the past and to be honest I had poor results. Just buy plain topsoil, or Fox farms Ocean Forest soil, happy sunshine mix #1., Frog mix, or you could buy all the basic building blocks and put em all together to make yer own. Sand, vermiculite, worm castings, perlite, peat moss, blood meal, bone meal, bat guano, crushed sea shell and compost and throw in some cow manure while your at it.

If ya have to buy some miracle grow organic potting soil and add some perlite or vermiculite.

at walmart, it cost a dollar or so.
I use equal parts perlite, peat moss(both not miracle grow), and mushroom compost with 1 tablespoon of dolomite lime per gallon of mix.
