Some advice needed

This is just a little test I decided to do with a 1 litre pot and a 36w sansi light. Anyway, she's doing fine but I've never defoliated a plant before and thinking should this skinny little branch get removed as it doesn't look like it's going to get up to much anyways? Which will allow me to bring light down to about 5 inches for more intensity. Will defoliating shock her and add on days?

She's a +Speed Auto at day 48 and started flower day 34. I'm moving house in 3 weeks sorry really can't delay

Your plant struggles to make 5 finger leaves. It's a auto and looks to of been over fed its whole life. It's probably not gonna do much. No don't remove that. You don't have much 2 work with

You can take it off. Looks like it would have a bud on it, but the central main cola is where there will be more bud density. It will probably be fluffy/airy buds with a light like that, but as an experiment it looks healthy otherwise. When I defoliate, I take off the larger, mature fan leaves on the upper half of the plant. Some people do more. Up to your preference.

That's what I'm thinking, it was just a little test. Now thinking ing just to give it a little hair cut to try get that light as close as possible to max the intensity

Dont cut anything, just train it or bend it down. As others said you need more light or you'll have a bag full of cotton balls. If you cant get more light thats fine too, no biggie just run it and you'll get some bud to smoke.
