I have been in vegetative state for around 3 months just put my lady (ChemDawg) into flowering (6 days in) (12-12) and i just would like to share some pictures with you guys to receive some feedback on how my first grow is going.

I just have noticed some yellowing around the nodes, what does this mean?
and also to trim the bottom or not to trim?

any advice would be terrific! thank you !

thank you everyone for the help , and also thank you to this community for being so wonderful!

Since the light was just flipped you will probably begin feeding it with nutrients for blooming or flowering... They are nice and heathy looking right now - See how the plant responds to the new nutirients.

i actually have been feeding her, but in low doses, can anyone tell me how much bud and bloom should i be giving her in a 5 gallon bucket?

Most nutes have suggested dosage for low and heavy feeding per gallon .....just times whatever you decide to feed per gallon by five lol. I don't think I really had to tell you that. Looks nice though so far good job have fun

@Tokertimmy what seed company did you get your chemdawg from? And couldnt agree more with the other comments about needing cal-mag, Chemdawg she is a cal-mag whore!! She cant get enough imho! I grew her last round and this current grow now, the yellow you see imo is just knew growth and prolly starting her stretch and she is a stretcher.

I got It from a bag that was definitely from a male being around because I have about 4 or 5 seeds from it, and decided to see how my first grow would go and got lucky with the first seed lol =) thank you so much for all the comments guys and I will adding more pictures

I just ordered some chemdawg, and I'm dyingggg waiting....my seedbank was out for the past month...and I've got big plans with the strain

I just flipped mine also and I asked about the yellowing and was told it because of rapid growth and was normal to keep doing what I was doing she happy and growing great here is a picture of my widow this morning after the first 12 hour nap. the last picture was last night right before lights out

If you're having trouble waiting for the seeds, imagine what you'll be like when you see your first bud haha. I was and still am like this, patience is evil...

You just have to remember, this is what your doing this for , most importantly the dry and cure..I cure for at least a month!

My supply will definately be gone before i can finish curing them, am I correct in thinking that once the initial drying is done you can smoke it?

Once its had a slow dry for a 7-10 days its ready to smoke fellow
and if you want to remove the odd bud in the last week of flower, chop it up and fast dry it in a tray over the toster, its not a great smoke but it will help with the pain done it a few times :)
