Looks like maybe it got some water on it and the RH was so high it couldn't evaporate it.

That or maybe it spun the fuck out growing sideways @ turn your pictures round it takes 3 seconds!!!

If it was me I would snip that off carefully with a razor blade, and count my blessings that the new growth looks lush. She'll be fine dude!

Let it grow, it will be fine, its still early there will be plenty of more leaves to worry about...just my thought
