If you FIMmed the plant then the top leaves could be a result from that, but there is also some bug or critter damage on that plant. There are some bug eggs clearly visible on the leaf in the 3rd picture.
You do have bugs. Area circled in red is bugs or bug eggs and areas in orange are bug damage.
