hey everyone!
ok so this year i am wanting to grow outside. i will growing some mandala strains.
right now i have some dirt mixed up it is compost, with some vermiculite and some perlite (sorry i didnt measure it out exactly how much, i just mixed until i could squeeze it in my hand and let go and it would expand again.) i am on a really tight budget.
what am i missing in the mix? how deep should i dig my flower bed in my friends yard? i have humbodt nutrients i will probably use for veg its 2-1-6 and bloom is 0-6-5. i really cant buy a lot of stuff so i need to know what KEY things should i add. thanks:weed:

How big are the plants?

Better to mix your soil with the native dirt.

Dig the hole at least ten inches deep.

I'm not familiar with the products mentioned.

The N content seems low.

my native dirt is red clay, which i am under the impression that it sucks for growing weed. you could make a clay pot out of the dirt here if you really wanted to.

Yes, red clay sucks.

Still if you mix in a little, with your growing mix, it helps water retention and surface contact with the roots. 10% or a bit more.

My soil is adobe clay. Makes nice bricks.
