hi guys i want to use this line of nutrients

i have 2 questions

1.why is stoppind to early the veg nutrient.i'm afraid for nitrogen issues in flowering stage.is it true?

2.i can't find the catalist in the schedule.when can i use it and how long?

doses anybody use them?
