somebody help my plant please!!!

ok so my plant is organic purple haze nd she will be 2 weeks old saturday. her light cycle is 24 hr nd im using 2-t8 32w 4 ft bulbs. i water 1 cup every 2-3 days nd i have a fan on her also and i mist her with water twice a day. the lights hang about 2 1/2 inches away but i jst moved them up 2 more inches away nd i have this foil type stuff on the walls. so lately ive noticed some black spots on the leaves and there is no visible bugs or anything and the black is on both leaves now instead of jst the one in the pic....please help...i have included a pic

is there anybody that can help with this problem??

firstly, i'd stop misting the plant. the only water the plant needs should be poured on her soil, not a drop on any of her leaves. flourescent lights can be used VERY close to the plant, due to their lack of heat. put your hand the same distance away from the light as the plant is. if it's too hot for you, then it's too hot for the plant. you want flouro's close, so do some testing to see how close you can get without damaging the plant. from the pic, ur plant looks like a seedling. you have to be gentile with them. too much of the fan is not good. fan on low a decent ways away from the plant gently blowing on her is what you want. good luck and keep us posted.

ok do you think the foil has anything to do with it?? should i add more light to her or are the 2 32w bulbs good enough?? And does it look like its growing according to schedule givin its an organic and the lights im using?? it will be 2 weeks this saturday since it came out of the dirt..sry i know im asking alot of questions but this is my first grow and i jst wana do everything right.....ive also included a pic of my setup, the heighth of the plant , a good top view as of about 5 mins ago and a pic of my super skunk which will be a week old saturday and i know shes pretty stretched but im ging get more lights today and i hope to be able to stop the stretching.

You over watered, cannabis doesn't like constantly damp soil. Let it dry out between watering's.

Only water when the container is light, and the top inch of soil is parched. Once roots are established wait until the top 2" are parched.

When you do finally water, only water until water flows out the holes in the bottom, but don't soak the pot. Then let it dry out again. A pot that size with a plant that size may take a week to dry out.

They look a little small for a week and 2 week old plants.

ok then i will cut back on the watering. i watered it today and so ill wait about 4-5 days nd check the soil

Yea, more lights always good If those seedlings are two weeks old, they look a little small, maybe put them on an 18hr light. When I started my outdoor seed crop I used 6 200Watt CFL lights to veg my seedlings to the age of sexing. that being said, your plants could use another set of lights.. If money is an issue, Def add another one of those flour in your closet. Keep your fan moving above the seedlings and let your plants dry out. Now u got things under control Oh.. And def stop misting. That will save you from those spots your getting...

try purchasing some compact flouro bulbs... (the spiral cirlcular ones) with the metal hood reflectors. aim those new lights directly at the seedling and keep em' as close as you can. the light bar your using overhead is not very efficient for just 2 plants. probably 40% of the light it emits is being wasted and never hiting the plant. the reflective material your using is fine. if anything, use more. line any wall that has light hitting it that doesnt have reflective material on it. you need time to make your plants bigger. get more lights on them and they will grow slightly faster. avoid any nutrients for at least 1 month from the time the seed sprouted. then when your month is up, use the nutes at 1/4 strength of what the bottle recommends. overwatering does more harm than good to the plant. it waterlogs the roots and restricts them from getting oxygen. make sure all containers have drainage holes and water ONLY until water starts to come out of bottom. water slowly and elevate plant and container somewhere so u can see whats going on. let soil dry out, then water.... and read up as much about the subject as you can. good luck...

ahh so it looks like there is hope thanks everybody....im gna take pics of the cfl bulbs that i have and let ya'll tell me if they are correct and how far i should put them.....give me an hr or so and the pics should be up....thnks again....

ok so i got my lights on it now. the big one is 42w and the little is 23 which makes 129w including my 2 flouro tubes. im gna be getting another set friday so my skunk plant can have her own set but it should do jst fine for now. if you guys see anything i should improve on with this set-up as far as my lights go(positioning and things of that nature) then please let me know. also do ya'll think that this enough light??? i have moved them pretty close to the plants theres very little heat coming off the lights and it doesnt burn my hand or even get it hot so it should be ok?!?!?

I have seen lots of people use those lights to grow. Personally, I have never used those lights. I do not grow for personal and I tend to like strong lights. Ill post u a pick of my weakest light, I would consider getting one of these if any more money needs to be spent.
As long as u have no heat on your hand, or little heat-your temp is perfect. Remember you plants have a cooling agaent! When the room is 28, your plants are really 26 at the leaf. But that's room temp, make sure the heat off your bulbs dont complicate things.

Hey check out some of my post, I use CFLs and am constantly getting more, I like using those flood light fixtures, you have more control over where the light is.

ok so it looks like i have got the right ones then....im gna get about 3 or 4 more sets now.....but i plan to flower with hps and cfl!!! and for now im not really growing for mass quantities jst tryin to get the feel for it first then when im ready to produce alot ill get stronger lights and stuff.....

Sounds like a plan. Dont get a HPS weaker than a 400 and it wires at your standard wall socket.

there you go mystic! good thinking hanging that metal hood light on the horizontal one like that da more light, the better. when you purchase these cfls, make sure you notice what their Lumen output is. some bulbs can be the same wattage but have different lumens. you want the highest lumen output you can find. a lumen is simply a measure of how much light each individual bulb puts out. your garden needs, at a Minimum, 1000 lumens. more realistically, you want between 3000-5000 + lumens in the garden. so check up on what your lights are puttin out. keep up the good work!

stiffy.... that is a shit ton of plants you have goin. lol. that's like havin a full time job! what do you produce a year?

your bulbs if they are that far away from the plant in the pics, is too far away.

Try to keep an inch or 2 inches off. Youll get the best penetration, as CFL's lose alot of juice if placed too far away.

Your first pic looks like a slight cfl burn to me. No matter, so early in growth those leaves will be useless soon.

Try to keep close distances to the leaf matter without burn.

In my limited experience, as long as the temps are good, ( Im rockin about 79f right now.....a lil high for me)......and workable fan action goin on, you can have the cfls pretty darn close to the plant without issues.

Now remember, if you have the lights right up on it, you may be stopping the grow because the plant is in the sweet spot of the light, and will stay there, so move the bulbs accordingly to allow some growth, and minimum strech.
