S'up everybody i'm a newbie, with a lil problem now my outdoor plants (2) are in week 8 in flowering in some hand me dowm soil and was told just feed it water till harvest is that even possible? in any event, i read this late into flowering 0-52-34 ferts. is needed and i have some tiger bloom 2-8-4 is it to late?

Its hard to say, even if u say week 8 of flowering without a pic its hard to tell how much longer till u harvest, it should be ok to use the tiger bloom, and I've never heard of soil u never have to put anything in, well that a real MJ grower would use, no self respecting MJ grower would ever put their plants into MG time release soil, but usually when I would mix up soil it should only b 30days or so then use nutes. U just don't wanna use tiger bloom too close to harvest because of the salts that will build up in the plant, u wanna water with just plain water for like 1-2wks before u finally harvest it.

So do you have issues or do you just feel the urge to fert your plants. I put my outdoor clones in the ground and just let nature take it's course. In the ground you can do no harm.

What salts exactly are you talking about. Explain salts cause I think thats BS. More bad info being spread here.

Lolz do u not know anything about ferts? What do you think the base of nutrients are? Piss? No salts dumbass, that is why any grower will tell u to flush ur plants before harvest because of the build up of salts from nutes, unless ur using all organic products, that have no chelated metals or any of that stuff. Can you really call urself a grower after making a statement that there are no salts in nutes. Have you never heard of flushing a plant what did u think that was when someone puts it in the toilet and gives the MJ plant a swirly like u used to get in HS?

P.S Billy ur growers card has just been revoked!!!

I'd used the one with a little N in before the one without.

use some molasses. organic and works great any stage anytime.

how can an outdoor plant be in the 8th week of flower when its spring???

Week 8 of flower outdoors in Cali??? We have only been over 12/12 for 12 weeks. But the frost only stoped 8 weeks ago. No pics don't believe it. Even the aussies arnt growing. We don't harvest till October.

I'm a newbie myself, welcome aboard. Sounds like they are potted and you take them out or cover them to get 12/12. Can you give us more information please and pictures always help. Just make sure you strip off any EXIF data.

If you read his post it mentions hand me dowm [sic] soil so they sound potted. I'm assuming either he covers them or brings them in at night. Please guys help him. I have zero experience with outdoor.

yeah I suppose he could be doing something like that, but if he's in week 8 there is no sense to feeding more than likely even if its a sativa. pictures would help him get the info he needs.

Lol db there I used to have this awesome Drum n' Bass cd from this guy DJ DB is that u, j/k. But anyways like I had told Coco b4 its hard to tell him if its too late or not without a pic, or Coco if ur plants r flowering and they're startin to get crystals all over em, a good way to know is 1) White hairs will start to change colors 2)As it goes further into flowering and closer to harvest your larger fan leaves will start to use up all their energy and turn yellow and die off, 3) The crystals on the plant which have up developed will begin to change from a translucent/clear color to a milky white color. I'd say without a pic if around 70-80% of ur hairs have already changed colors and most of the crystals have already changed colors hold off on the nutes, it would affect the taste of ur weed if u use it without flushing before harvest.

Soil has nothing to do with flowering a a out door plant. I'm in so cal and have my outdoor up north and was only able to plant 9 days ago. So that is how I can say I dont believe this. And if he is covering it he is missing the best part of the veg time. And that is now. I'm getting 2 inchs of growth a day. And you said your a noobie so don't take what is said without thinking everyone is saying this is bs.

Thanks, just sounded to me like the plants are in pots outdoors that's why I figured he could be bringing them inside for dark. But without images it's all guessing.
