Someone helpful, please help!

I Have been wanting to set-up a small stealth garden, been looking at buying a lumatek but several places offer mixed versions of lumatek ballasts. I'd like to find a place where i can find a dimmable, switchable 5th gen (latest generation?) lumatek ballast. Soon as I find a place that has a deal, I realize that the ballast isn't dimmable.

is it possibly to get a lumatek 250w hps switchable/dimmable ballast and refletor for around 240? I've seen cheap cool tubes on ebay, but i'm no sure if the plug would match

if anyone could suggest a link and explain how i'd go about acquiring the lumatek i'm looking for,or links on where to find the compatable ballast and reflector. i'd greatly appreciate it,

i am in essence looking for a place that has a reasonable price on 250w lumatek ballasts/reflector/ I'd like to get a cooltube reflector..

where can i find a lumatek switchable/dimmable 250w ballast and where can i find a decent but inexpensive reflector that plugs into the lumatek ballast and is compatable?
