Soil from your garden isnt ideal. If you want to know what i think, its go buy some real marijuana soil like happy frog or fox farm ocean forest. Its not just for cannabis but it has good stuff in there. Then you can just water for two weeks and not add any food. The plants will get big in no time in a good nutrient rich soil. Probably just want to start in a small pot like a half gallon, and still dont iver water. The new soil will hold water a bit better than the stuff your running so cut back on the water a bit.

How is 7 hours sufficient? It's enough to not kill them, but definately slows growth
Exactly this Is why the 5 week plants looks like a 2 week old or less plant.
I think theres a couple things going on here that are leading to the slow growth. Mostly lack of reading,
but with a little help those plants will come back around in no time.
