You'll need to give some info on the plant, medium, water etc.
I recently had what I believe was a water ph problem. Looked similar to this (see photo).
Started adjusting the ph of my water to 6.5 and it bounced back quickly, though the damaged leaves will remain damaged.

That plant has multiple issues and most revolve around nutrients and water.
