But the stalks are too strong so they only bite thru a little bit of it.. not sure what I can do about this I'm thinking it's japanese beetles doing it

Green stem plants both have a few marks from whatever trying to do it..glad this DE has silica in it..probably the only reason my branches and stalk are so strong
