Sort of organic in a kind of hydro grow? (octopot, or that sort of thing)

When growing in an octopot or other form of soil/hydro hybrid, can we use organic nutrients?

It seems like the octopot or one of the ones that use a DWC sort of set up but with an airstone in a bucket would be a good way to get a large yield, but I don't want to use chemical fertilizer.

Are there any organic fertilizers I can use in either of these set ups?

Zero experience, but I have been looking into Octopots.

Thanks. I hadn't found that page before. Looks like I can use water soluble organic furtilizer with the octopot. Still wondering about the other type, the air stone or similar added to a DWC set up. Looks like it will cost about $90 to get two octopots and they are only 3.5 gallon for that.

I've looked at the octopot. It's an old concept that vegetable growers have been using self watering wicking systems for years. I plan on making a couple DIY and growing tomatoes in them outside. Pretty easy to make something that does the same thing. I'm not paying $50 for a plastic tray and fabric pot.

I wouldn’t use organic unless you plan on keeping a very close eye on your basin. The Organics can create bad algae And become stagnant. I’ve used a ton of different nutrient lines. My favorite is Humboldt secret a/b with golden tree or jacks 321. Massive and explosive growth
