SOUL nutrients with AutoPot

My question is do I put the nutrients into the AutoPot or do I water my plants with the nutrients. My friends are just running water in the AutoPot and mixing the nutrients in a gal of water and watering. The reason I ask is that I'm about to undergo surgery and would like the easiest way to go but worried about clogging the lines. Thanks for any help

Normally you mix your nutrients and fill your autopot res with them.
This assumes your using coco or some soil less medium.

If your mates are using a soil then I can understand using just water.

I can't find anything on SOUL nutrients to check them out.

Also regarding line blockage, some people run a line cleaner and some people upgrade their lines to bigger tube.

There is a whole thread dedicated to autopot growers so you might get some good advice from them.

My first grow is in bloom just using water and they look great. Can't wait for an improvement next time
