Jake and Meag examined and grew this.... This report is for the smaller indica growth style pheno. Sour Al #2 is still flowering.
Over all light green with darker green and blueish leaves. Orange to red hairs.
Resin development was awesome. Everything is covered in glands.
Seed content is non existent.
Density is good. All of the buds are formed tightly and the calyx to leaf ratio is fair.
In the quart glass jar that the cure took place in the smell is of a sweet bourbon liquor with a sweet lemon undertone.
The initial taste is a bit sour and hits the throat hard. Upon exhale a sweet and more fruit flavor comes through.
The effects are immediate pain relief (huge suprise!) and a relaxed and slowing mental effect. There is not really any heavy body feeling. The effects last for around an hour from a medium glass bowl with 3 good sized hits.
Overall potency- 7/10( must be noted that a 1.5 gram "blunt" basically made watching a movie or completing difficult sentences impossible packs a wallop at higher dosages)
Yield was about a half ounce from the smaller of the two shown phenos.( Sour Al #1)
This one was chopped at around 8wks flushed for ten days in coco coir. Organic bottle nutes and organic amendments
