Im thinking about growing outdoors in south florida and am wondering when the best time to plant would be? and if im even able to because the weather is so hot and wondering about sunlight? any suggestions?
Richie2333, the best time to plant would be Late Feburary to Early April because of our weather. The longer you have them growing the more your plant will yield. It's possible to grow at any time of the year though in South Florida due to our climate just make sure you take your babies in if they gets too cold that night of course. They obviously won't yield as much as if you were to start off Feb-April. Good Luck broIm thinking about growing outdoors in south florida and am wondering when the best time to plant would be? and if im even able to because the weather is so hot and wondering about sunlight? any suggestions?
You have to go to Holiday Isle in Islamorada...no gays there for the most part.Good choice. I've been to the Keys once. A fishing trip with the fam when I first started smoking. It is like an 9 hour drive all the way out to Key West. 3 hours to get to Miami and then like 6 hours of bridge hopping. Can't really remember the hours that well since I wasn't driving but it is a long drive. Damn I must have been like 15 when we went out there. Best Bonefishing. ever.
Edit: I was shocked by the gay community. I mean I was like 15 and tons of guys kept trying to buy me drinks. Any restaurant that had a bar, most likely had some gay guys in it. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Well there is when I'm a fucking kid. That was 7 years ago.
I'll never forget my first outdoor grow in Ft. Lauderdale...did it right in my backyard in Sailboat Bend 3 blocks from the police dep't. I planted in March and waited until almost Christmas to harvest anything. The second year I waited until July, back then I was doing bag seed...not even sure if they had autos back in the 90's when I was there. Also, I tried doing lamb's bread(Jamaican sativa)out in Okeechobee. It didn't do very well, something about the low elevation and sandy soil outdoors doesn't bode well for island strains.Richie2333, the best time to plant would be Late Feburary to Early April because of our weather.
