Spawn jar and bag question

I have one jar with golden teachers and one spawn bag with pearl oysters mushroom. Two questions.

1. is the jar looking ok done looks a little grey but it’s been a while.

2. can I spawn my oyster mushrooms right out of the rye bag or will is need some casing mix to grow?

Noob here.
Jar looks OK, but not done.
Oyster mushrooms require a substrate to grow in so, no can't fruit in spawn bag.

Yooutube can be helpful...

Can I just break up the oyster spawn and mix it with casing or should I put a layer of casing on top. I plan to fruit out of the spawn bag.

When the jars look like that, shake them up a little bit to spread the mycelium throughout the jar. You will colonize faster.
