Speed bumps on my transition to living soil

On the verge of finishing a hiccup-free 10 week bloom, but less than two weeks from transplanting & top dressing this one and I already think I jacked up.
Would it be a fair assumption that this is a boron and potassium deficiency? Thoughts on how to correct course?

10 week bloom??? Where's the flowers? That seems like a hiccup to me.

What is going on here? You were in bloom for 10 weeks, lost all your buds then transplanted into a new soil?
 
Sorry my phrasing was way off.. I meant that I recently finished a 10 week bloom, and all went well, purely as a point of reference.
Now this other plant, was freshly transplanted from a 2g to a 30g after a long time in veg. The discoloration started before the transplant, but the curling and wilting appeared within the last week. M3 is my base soil, a few days after transplanting I top dressed with worm castings & KIS Organics nutrient pack, green clover as my cover crop.. and this is what I woke up to this morning. ‍♂️

I am not familiar with M3 soil. Went to their web site and in big print it says add nothing but water.
Why add the KIS Organics nutrient pack?
If 30 gallons of new soil has a deficiency of boron and potassium it is a bad mix and I doubt that it is actually deficient.
Looks like it was fried with nutes. Not familiar with the KIS Organics nutrient pack and I do not know if adding it was the problem but the plant looks over fed not deficient.

Yes in that they are fast acting. I use them in very small amounts when I feel I'm at the beginning of a deficiency.
If I see a legitimate N deficiency in most cases I'll use a balanced fertilizer but if I feel the need to turn it around quickly I would use blood meal.
Blood meal is not popular with some members, I find it will turn an N problem around quickly so if I'm using a balanced fertilizer with a slower release fert then I might use a small amount of blood meal, maybe top dress with 2 TSP in 4 gallons of soil along with 2 or 3 tablespoons of a balanced fert.
I'm guessing they use it in the mix for it's fast release and have other N and P inputs that release slowly for it to be a water only soil but I'm just guessing it's getting a bit above my pay grade to be able to explain much further.
 
Holy hell! Was the new soil well cooked?Any myco added to the new roots?Looks like theirs root rot or the soil was not well composted.IDK.
