spider mite infestation!!!!

im havin problems with spider mites in my grow room so ive cleaned out disinfected and ordered some plant vitality plus,does this work? and as my plants are only 2 feet high will they start growing as normal afterwards? or will they always feel the stress now?

I just got the same exact stuff(Plant Vitality Plus), my buddy is the one who recommended it to me. He said it kills them within 3-6 hours of applying it. I hope it does cause I'm week 3 in flower and my veg crop just got infested too. I hate bringing in a new strain to the garden.. And the package just arrived
