Ive looked at tons of pictures and not exactly sure so figured id get some 2nd opinions. Best match i could find was a spruce spider mite but it still looked slightly off.

Looks way too BIG for a Spider Mite, but then again, these days anything goes. I don't know what
exactly this particular insect really is. It DOES look like a mite; definitely not an Aphid.... Sorry. I once had an infestation of an insect that, to this day, I don't know what they were. Did NO damage but eventually covered the leaves, totally bad looking too. I wound up killing the plant trying to get rid of them by dunking the entire plant; bad mistake! I'd keep searching for matching pictures.
Meanwhile: 1) Any damage? 2) Are there any tiny white or yellow dots on the leaflet top surface? 3) Any forms of webs between branches and/or tops? 4) Black (poop) spots, anywhere? 5) Does this pest only walk, or is it airborne too? (this will help others to evaluate by elimination. Any or all of the above means trouble. I'd keep a careful watch for one can get a real infestation in as few as 2 days of neglect. I'd, at the least, spray with a Habanero, Old Skool formula as this isn't harmful to the plant, and will surly kill off any insects that are walking around. Its' residual effects will curb any eggs that hatch within 7-10 days.
I have tried EVERY known, available (California) pesticide and have found that Spider Mites get immunity to them all in as little as a single spraying. The best, I've found, is the Habanero, Old Skool formula. Seems they don't get immunity and the eggs get the hot shot as soon as they hatch. Several variations are found in the forums here. Do a search. I'd post it here, but it is way too long. If you want a copy, PM me, and I'll pass it along. In fact, I'll try to post it here again...
GOOD LUCK & KEEP 'EM GREEN...
