Spider Mites and Nutrient Problem

growing in pro mix under a 600 and a 400 W halide lights they"ve been switched flowering for 4 weeks. i wasn't watering enough to create run off between feedings and ended up burning them. lots of yellow blotchy shade leaves and the tips were curling/ dying, then i noticed the mites underneath . my plan is to 15 min soak then flush the pots with 8L waher , then put put some safers brand neem oil foliar spray on wile the pots drip .

i also have a bottle of target neem ,should i mix up this or use the pre mixed stuff mentioned above
what will the neem oil do to the smoke this late in this late its stage. how should i apply it( just mist or till driping off) ,at what concentration
