Spider Mites!

Week 7 into flower, I see webbing on lower branches as well as a few bugs crawling on the side of the pot. It is only on one of my plants so far, and very minimal. No matter how hard I searched I couldn't find traces on any of my other 3 plants.

Can anyone recommend what to do? I do not want to hurt my buds and am growing completely organic.

Any help is appreciated, ASAP!!

are you positive they are TSSM? If you have webbing there should be leaf damage as well

what about on the underside of the leaves? You'll usually see mites there.

What he said, if you do have spider mites I used Azomax to keep them under control until harvest. I think I used it the way the bottle described. It is suppose to be safe for consumption, but after harvest I also washed all the buds in hydrogen peroxide and water to try to get the azomax and spider mite carcasses off of everything (seen here
)...Not the best batch ever, but I still smoked the shit out of it. After that , I sprayed the entire growing area down with the azomax a few times before starting over again.

Not 100 percent. I can see them in the soil but there are not very many. There is webbing, could this be from something else?

I do not see any prominent leaf damage

Spray with neem oil 3 treatments, once every 3 or 4 days. Make sure you get under each leaf throughly. Definitely looks like spider mites.

too late to spray with anything at 7 weeks. you're pretty much fucked.

you can take it into the shower and give it a light rinse with water (make sure that fucker is staked well) and just isolate it away from the others that aren't infected so they can finish.

prevention is key, a stitch in time saves nine.

CAREFULL with the bad info you will get on this site, including some above. Do not spray anything but Liquid Ladybug or Mighty Wash- both are water based and will not harm your buds. On the other hand, Azamax and neem are oil based and will kill off your buds. The stomata (hairs) will die back and shrink your buds as they get clogged by the oil.

I fought the borg for almost 3 years, on and off each time thinking I won the was but they always eventually came back. Go to the hardware store and buy 1 or 2 Hot Shots (or similar product) that you hang in a room to kill off spiders, ants, etc. Put them in your room, turn off everything and seal the room with tape, towels, etc. Wait 2 days, problem solved. Make sure you exhaust the room before you re-enter. Throw the Hot Shots away or wrap in plastic. Two days in the dark will not hurt your flowering plants at this point.

Take it from someone who knows. I've tried just about every product on the market and it's the only thing that got rid of them for good. Do it quickly as time is of the essence to help save your plants.

Ill just isolate that one and hope the others arent effected. There are barely any, and no leaves are effected.
since you're so close to flower, you can probably pull any affected/infested leaves.

and a gentle(ish) spray of water, like from a showerhead, can rinse off small webs and a whole bunch of mites.

mites reproduce less quickly when it is cold, windy, and wet, so if you can create those conditions somehow, it will slow down any infestation.

Its actually a 10 week strain, and shooting powder could make it foxtail a bit. There are no effected branches. I searched the plant top to bottom, i only found webbing on the very bottom near the soil on the stems. There were like bugs in the soil, and i didnt see many. There are no infested leaves or buds

Not sure what you mean about shooting powder????? There is NO powder involved. These are plastic deviced that hang in your room and put off a vapor that kills off most if not all bugs/insects in the room. It's not good to breath but seal the room and you're good to go.

Shooting powder is an additive to the house and garden nutrient line that initiates a second bloom cycle.

I am pretty positive they are not spider mites, they are not effecting any leaves and they have not regressed since.
