Spidermite ?
You'll have to supply a Lot more information than an out of focus picture to identify your problem.
Indoors ?
Outdoors?
How old is plant?.
Look on under side of damaged leaves to see if there are any pests moving.
Spidermite are very small - around 0.5mm so a magnifying glass will aid detection.
Or take a few photos with a mobile phone of underside of damaged leaves and magnify pics to help you see them better.
