Take them outside and rinse them off with a hose. They prefer a dry environment so constant wetting will discourage them, but obviously not a great idea in flower. Diamactous earth is a great organic insect killer, just dont breath the stuff in and rinse it off after you kill em all, also not great in flower. Neem spray, but also not the greatest idea in flower. Had em once and it was a losing battle, truth be told I was getting lazy and probably could have a done a lot better at eradicating them and prevemting them in the first place. Ended up culling everything at the end of flower and cleaned the whole room with bleach. The culprit that brought them in was a lemon tree, no more random plants get to enjoy the pleasure of being next to my plants. Good luck.
