What medium is that? Looks like you have little to no aeration in it. Looks dry, and plants look a lil droopy.

It will do auto pot system, with air rings in the bottom of pots coming from a compressor, there good dude - same way I've done it for past 15 year - coco and clay balls, just been lst in this image there doing good only just been transplanted has well there good now.
