Spidermites - Where is the point of no return?

If my plants look like this:

Is it too late or is there something I can do?

I sprayed them with Neem Oil and a high-pressure sprayer, removing as much of the webbing as I could.

If I just remove the webs completely, will it be smokeable? Will there be mites inside the buds?

Thanks!

good call with the neem oil. some people wash their buds at harvest time if they've foliar sprayed alot or had bug issues etc.. try looking into that. a vaccum for the webs like Terry said is a good idea too

iso alcohol diluted 1:1 with water. Vacuum as said above, then several mistings per day. A lot of people also report success with dish soap. And yes, you have to literally molest every leaf both sides. Also, lower temps and boost humidity. I'm in a mite war myself currently. My partner brought in a gifted clone back at the beginning... Covered in mites. Sooooo irritating.

I can't get that item, as I don't live in the US. It takes about 2 weeks to ship here.

So, vacuum everything and then spray with Alcohol and Dish Soap? What about H2O2? I'm not sure where to find so much alcohol..

13 of my plants are afflicted. It's going to take a long time to do all this.

Isn't there anything that will prevent this from happening again? How about that Hot Shot No Pest Strip? It's supposed to kill everything without contact.

there are many threads on this forum about TSSM prevention and eradication that go into the kind of detail you need.

make a foliar with aloe Vera and pro tekt or AgSil. The enzymes in the aloe will wipe them out. 2 12" leaves per quart of water. Then the silica in the other 2 will slice and dice them. It wont stain or suffocate leaves like diatomaceous earth does.

neem works but you have to spray every other day for 2 weeks to get rid of them . They're still causing damage over those 2 weeks.Same with rosemary, lavender, etc...

I stumbled upon the silica aloe combo accidentally. I found it works better than anything for all harmful leaf pests.

I used aloe to rid my cat of ear mites. I used straight aloe. One time and got.rid of them for good. So since I've used diluted aloe.in foliars for a while. I decided to up the amount to 2 leaf filets at that time too. I started a foliar spray with both mixed for.the first time. Outside I had a chocolate peppermint herb plant covered in mites. One spray and they were gone. I discovered a new bug killer with bennies. Now I spray that mix at least twice a week through the 2nd week of flower

If I mix the aloe with the essential oils is it doing basically the same thing? I constantly have mites on most of my plants. It is even 63 at night and 75 during the day! Not sure what they love about my room? I'm going to give this a shot on IPM day.

upping humidity helps. When I moved to the desert. There was less than 20% humidity outside all the time. I battled mites or white flies off an on for a while. The herbal ipms worked. It was constant foliars. Then I.upped the humidity with a humidifier and it helped a lot. I was able to cut back on ipm's. It was too tedious. Now twice a week with aloe and silica is all . Every 3rd foliar I add kelp and alfalfa

Great advice thank you! I would like if I could figure it out.

My last grow put me at war with them for 9 months! I understand how frustrating this is for you. I ended up getting rid of them in the mother room with "No Spider Mite." after the harvest. I just kept spraying down the plants that were close to harvest with water every day. Then I sprayed the floor with Clorex. Before I hung them for drying I put all the buds in a microwave for 10 seconds so they wouldn't keep eating while drying. I remember nuking many paper plates of buds that day. The herb came out fine and held it potency.
