Spiral grow (LST?)

Hey all, ive had a bit of a shitey experiance with my first grow box (now retired) R.I.P.
Ive got a bag seed grminating at the moment and its got a root going on. Im planning on growing it in soil but do not have the space to go full size I have been thinking and reading and saw a grow where the plant was lst`d (I think) into a spiral.
does anyone have any info on this method? im planning on a 6" diameter spiral incresing about 3-4" per spiral to a total height of about 2.5 feet.
Would this work? do I have any hope with bag seed as a proof of concept?
im only trying thins because ive got a seed on the go and looking for a stealth way of doing things, but a bit different from the norm

I really like LSt I think all grows should do this. It gives more buds takes less room and is fun to do. Good Luck
