Spots not sure if defenciency, fungus gnats, or anything rootbound

Got a seedling roughly 2 and a half weeks old, got some spots growing and I can’t determine the exact cause. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
White stuff is DE

thought it may be fungusgnats larvae, but I’ve already hit with hydrogen peroxide solution, DE, put vinegar around, just haven’t got the yellow sticky pads yet

what you mean mudballs? and im a little new to hydrogen peroxide solution so i did way less than the 4 parts water 1 part h202, and sprayed a mist on the foliage.I Is that bad? and the DE is the stuff on the plant

vinegar was not used in soil either, idk if thats what you mean. I simply placed cups around the plants with vinegar in them as a deterrent for adult fungus gnats

H2O2 is crazy energetic, violent...explosive on a molecular level. Think of those pop rocks candy on steroids. It's highly technical and really unnecessary in the scope of what we need it for. Here's some more reading if ur into it

Basically it blows up cells.

Phenomenal articles honestly great info, but I feel like the fact that my concentration was soooooooo low that it would be crazy if it was hydrogen perox toxicity

Do you really want me to throw more science at you? Or just take it on face value spraying H2O2, in any homogeneous aqueous solution, can cause damage to leaves? :eyesmoke:
