Spots on leaf?

Does anybody know what would cause three white dots on one leaf? No insects.

need more info. and a pic would really help. could be a lot of things. i've never grown when i didn't see a dead leaf here, a spot there. sometimes a leaf will get a wrinkle, or twist or any number of things. sometimes plants have weird looking shit going on. keep your eyes on things, and if it continues, then you can be sure there's an issue.

Are they too close?

i think water burn? ..perhaps you sprayed/watered your plant and a water bubble was left on your leaf and made a magnifying glass effect and burned your plant
